Booked a room for 2 carry on bags. I loved the bar. The location was easy, around 4-6 minutes walk from Museum of Fine Arts.

The rooms are well-stocked and well-maintained with the bathroom, 2 carry on bags plus USB ports. The staff are patient and knowledgeable.
For us it was ideal.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The location was perfect, with Vinoy Park and great restaurants within walking distance. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and I loved the historic charm of the building. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The veranda was a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The pool, although small, was clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic staycation.

Really needs some updating. The lobby and public areas seemed nice enough, beach type place. The rooms are hurting a bit. The vanity in the bathroom's base is starting to rot and break apart. The vanity itself is too small. There is not enough counter space to hold basic necessities (brush, toothbrush etc). The room I had shower controls made no sense. It was a simple lever you are supposed to turn one way for the water to get hotter, with a basic stream of water, no control of pressure. However the room I had there were no marking for hot or cold and the lever itself spun around and had no stopping point and the level of hot and cold seemed random. One day at a 45 degree angle is was acceptable, the next day the angle would be different for the same temperature. It was difficult to get a comfortable temp. It was either cold or overly hot. The king room itself consisted of a chair, bed desk and night stand, really all typical hotel room. However Saturday morning at 7am 3 dumpsters were collected outside my window, and 7am Sunday a leaf blower was going off. The windows need some sort of black out option as the sun shines directly in at sunrise and all you have is a light cotton shade. The HVAC was a simple over the door unit with remote. However the remote was screwed to the wall (with low batteries). The controls on the unit did not seem to match the remote and the only function I seem to have was either on a freezing (no blanket in room) or warm. Outside temp was 75. The absolute worst part is house keeping. I left my room on Saturday at 10am for breakfast. I saw the maid was in the hall so I made it a point to take off the do not disturb so she would make up the room. When I got back at 11:30 it was still not made up. I had an event at 1pm so I had to quickly shower to get to it, but I called the front desk (there is no housekeeping extension on the phone) and told them I was leaving my room and to please have the housekeeping service do their thing. The person at the front desk seemed flustered,( actual left me on hold then asked if he could call me back but I had to tell him no and what I needed because I was running out at the moment). He said Ok. When I was leaving the housekeeping cart was in the hallway again so I assumed it would be done. I had a button pop off of my suite about the same time(1:15ish) and went back to my room. On the way I saw housekeeping and asked for a vanity kit as I lost a button. She said she didn't have any and to check with the desk. They were tied up so I could not ask. I got back to my room about 4, opened the door and nothing had been touched. Zero. No towels, bed was just as I left as it was when I got up at 9.. Now this is 6 hours since I left my room in the morning and the maids cart had been in the hall and I knew she was cleaning rooms that were turning over as she left the doors propped open (at least I hope they were unoccupied as anyone could have walked into them). I went down to the front desk at this point upset that I specifically asked my room to be done. I had used the towels when I got in on Friday and that morning so nothing was fresh and it being florida nothing dried. He apologized but said housekeeping was gone. This is 4 in the afternoon. He offered to bring towel up which I agreed to and told him I'm going to get some food and he could just leave them up there. When I got back about an hour later he saw me and grabbed the towels as he had not gotten up there (or it could be he could not access the room I'm not sure). He walked me to my room even though I advise that was not necessary, but he wanted to collect old towels. That was the last thing I asked of the hotel and checked out in the morning. Everyday I got a text from them asking if things were ok and Saturday I said no, and all I got was "I hope they fixed the problem" text back.
Location seemed good for downtown walking access. I was there for a wedding so I am not sure beyond that. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in and helped with the towels was about the best thing. He was super friendly at all times, I even noticed it with other people.
Housekeeping housekeeping and housekeeping are the worst. I'm not sure if she is lazy, doesn't care about her job, or confused on what rooms have or have not been serviced. She was on the second floor all day but could not be bothered to freshen up guests rooms or be of any help when asked. This place also really needs to be freshened up. It looks like it was renovated maybe 10 years ago and it is due for it again. For it to be a boutique hotel I can not see it keeping people who search out that type of hotel for much longer. I'd rather stay at a Hilton or other chain one than this one again where I know the employees are regimented in regards to their jobs and the hotel is kept up. The staff at the front desk is over worked. They need more staff who can run the desk. This seems to be the hub of the hotel for questions or problems and one employee is not enough. I saw several others standing around with what appeared to be staff uniforms, but they always seems to be talking with each other.

Great location - little comfort
One thing that stood out to me during my stay at Hotel Indigo was the fantastic location. Being just a short walk from downtown allowed me to easily explore the area and enjoy all that it had to offer. Despite the room lacking some comfort, the convenient location made up for it. I would recommend this hotel for its prime location.

The valet service was easy and nice. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location for walking to Jannus Live concert venue. Good breakfast in the lobby bar/restaurant.
Felt safe, nothing too much trouble.

Had a real good stay on vacation and will be back. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a very nice area, just off resturaunts as well as the continental United States. New-fashioned and updated room for what we needed with a painting new and the bathroom and USB ports.
Everything is what i need and want.
